Knitting Love....

Is there ever a project that you just fall completely in love with while making that you just can't ever seem to put it down?

well.....that's what is happening to me at the moment.

I've been enjoying my days and nights lately just knitting away at what will be yet another, blanket.
A cozy soft, yet simple blanket to snuggle under. This blanket is coming together at a wonderful time.
We had a day or two with cool morning breezes so
As I sit by my kitchen window ( opened), I enjoy the clean crisp air and I knit. Drink coffee.
Knit. Wonder how big this one will be and how many colors will be added.
Knit, knit, knit.
It's all I've been thinking about and enjoying each stitch.

  4. Beautiful warming colours for the cooler weather Shari, and how nice to sit by the open window and dream along with this lovely blanket. I also love the little crochet one in the background - that's different and very sweet too! Have fun:) xoJoy

  5. So pretty! The stripes are wonderful. We've had unusually hot weather this summer so blankets don't sound that great to work on right now. :-)

  8. Hello, I love your choice of colours! Have you decided how many colours you will be using? What yarn is that? It looks very soft!

I have been crocheting a large baby blanket which is 99% finished, I just need to sew in all the ends (there were over 280, now I got 35 left to do) and make a border, but I just cannot bear to hold it whilst it is so hot here in Belgium (most days it is 25-30 degrees, though we do get some rainy days inbetween, when the temperature drops a little).

Enjoy your knitting! Looking forward to seeing the blanket when it is finished! :)
